Khraw Pak Thai Receives Prestigious Thai SELECT Certification in Budapest

We are delighted to announce that Khraw Pak Thai has been awarded the Thai SELECT (Casual) certification, marking it as only the second restaurant in Hungary to achieve this honor!

On 19 February 2025, Ms. Tapanee Kruangpradit, Minister-Counselor (Economic) and Director of the Thai Trade Center in Budapest, presented the certificate to the restaurant’s owner, Ms. Salila Onketpon, with Mr. Noppakhun Luichan, Minister-Counselor at the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest, as an honorary witness.

Since opening its doors in March 2023, Khraw Pak Thai has been a haven for authentic Thai flavors in Buda. The restaurant specializes in single-dish meals that cater to a health-conscious lifestyle, offering low-sugar, low-fat, and high-protein options. Located in an office building near a fitness center, schools, and a sports science university, it’s a popular spot for those seeking nutritious and delicious meals.

Khraw Pak Thai’s menu features classic Thai dishes like Green Curry, Red Curry, Tom Kha, Tom Yum, Suki Soup, and Pad Thai, with vegan and vegetarian options also available. Their top three most popular dishes are Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, and Chicken Tempura.
