Diplomatic Vehicle for Sale through Auction

The Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Budapest is delighted to inform the public about the upcoming auction for the sale of a used diplomatic vehicle from 9 to 21 June 2023. We invite interested parties to review the vehicle’s details and bidding terms and conditions provided in the attached document.

To participate in the auction, prospective bidders are kindly requested to download the bid submission form from the attachment provided and submit it according to the following instructions:

• Fill out the bid submission form completely, ensuring all required information is provided.
• Attach a copy of your identification card to the bid submission form.
• Place the completed form and identification card copy in a sealed envelope.

You have two options for submitting your bid:

a) In-person Submission:
Deliver the sealed envelope containing your bid submission form to the Diplomatic Vehicle Sale Committee, Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Budapest, located at 1025 Budapest, Vend utca 26. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

b) Postal Submission:
Send the sealed envelope containing your bid submission form via postal mail to the following address:

Royal Thai Embassy, Budapest
1025 Budapest, Vend utca 26.

Please ensure that your bid submission reaches the Office of Commercial Affairs no later than 21 June 2023 at 5 PM. For postal submissions, kindly ensure that the envelope arrives at our office by the aforementioned deadline.

The Office of Commercial Affairs reserves the right to reject any bids submitted after the specified deadline.
